Incident Investigation
Should a company not have the expertise to do incident and accident investigations we can do it on the basis that
- Advise telephonically on the immediate actions to be taken
- Go to the site and start the investigation process – taking statements, photos, checking systems, training and procedures
- Making the findings and compiling a full report that the client would be able to send to the Department of Labour
- Making recommendations on the prevention of a recurrence of the same or similar incidents
Legal Services
Advocate – (specialising on the OHS Act)
- The service of an advocate is also available should the Department of Labour decide to prosecute the company or individuals and representation is needed
- If the client seeks legal consultation if an incident has taken place
- Or any other legal matter
